How do you ensure my chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized thermal packaging and ice packs for all orders during warmer months. Additionally, we monitor transit temperatures and may delay shipping if extreme heat is forecasted to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

What is the shelf life of your pralines and truffles?
Because we use fresh cream and natural ingredients without artificial preservatives, our pralines are best enjoyed within 4 weeks of delivery. Solid chocolate bars and gift sets typically have a longer shelf life of 6 to 12 months.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
